Return and Refund Policy

Overview Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Clothing items must have all tags intact.

Non-returnable items:

Gift cards.

Hygiene items or underwear.

Final sale items.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@ravelleus.net.

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

If approved, we will send you shipping instructions. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; send it to the address we provide.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item, unless the product is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
